What the day includes
- A low waterfall reached on a path with a handrail
- A canopy walkway through the botanic garden, level and easy to follow
- A shallow stream to stop at, where children can look for fish
- A simple meal of sticky rice, grilled chicken and fruit, with shade to eat it in
How the day runs
Morning
Your van collects you and takes you out to the botanic garden, where the walking starts level and shaded.
Late morning
The canopy walkway through the trees, then a slow loop back down through the garden.
Midday
Lunch in the shade: sticky rice, grilled chicken and fruit, at a table set outdoors.
Afternoon
The waterfall, reached on a path with a handrail, then time at the shallow stream.
Pace
Short walks on paths rather than rough ground, with shade, seats and the van never far off. If the day has been enough, the afternoon can stop early. There is a half day version of this trip, shortened with you when we plan it.

Availability
We do not hold dates, seats or rooms on this website, and nothing here is confirmed while you are reading it. After you send a request we check what is possible for your dates with the people who would run the day, and we write back with what we find, including when the answer is no.
If you need to cancel
If your trip is arranged and you then need to cancel, these are the terms we work to: cancel 30 days or more before the first day and you are refunded in full; cancel between 15 and 29 days before and you are refunded at least half. The full terms are written into the quote you receive, so you read them before you agree to anything. No payment is taken on this website, so there is nothing to pay here and nothing to refund until a deposit has been arranged with our team directly.
Who you will be with
The people you spend the day with, the driver, the guide, the cook whose kitchen you are in, are chosen by us for that day. We plan each day with them directly, and we tell you who you will be with before you agree to anything. One person on our team stays your point of contact from the first message to the end of the trip. If something on the day is not what we described, tell us. The arrangement is ours to put right, not yours.
